United Property Services was born out of Patrick’s ambition to create a boutique Leasing, Design & Consultancy business.

With a Leasing and Development career spanning over two decades, Patrick has earned a reputation for his conscientious, warm, and approachable manner. Patrick acquired specialised expertise in Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment Developments over senior roles at Westfield and Scentre Group (owner and operator of Westfield Shopping Centres in Australia and New Zealand), Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Jardine. Following his managing of cross-departmental teams in multimillion-dollar developments, he is enjoying his newest role; allowing him to work on a more personal level with his clients and support team.

Paul Trachtenberg

Retail Leasing Executive

Having created his own retail and wholesale leather-goods company over a 16 year period, Paul has a unique understanding of both tenant and landlord property requirements.

Paul moved into an agency property role with LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney, with a prime focus on retail in some of Sydney’s most iconic locations. An opportunity to join a Retail Project Team emerged with Rook Partners, working on Greenland’s Lachlan’s Square Village (Macquarie Park) project – a Coles based mixeduse development, along with static centre leasing for ISPT, Fort Street Capital and a myriad of private owners. Paul was eager to join the United Property Services team because of their unique cross divisional approach to mixed use developments, and strong reputation that has been forged in the industry.

Senior Executive with over 20 years property industry experience, specialising in retail property investments.

Extensive experience developing and managing teams and contracts across multiple development phases. Kirsty is experienced in setting up new entities including new organisational structures, financial systems (including Trust Accounting), procedures and processes and converting to operational status.

Kirsty has a reputation for delivering results that exceed expectations utilising expertise in strategy development, operational management, and financial acumen. Exceptional stakeholder engagement using business partnering skills to influence and negotiate to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems within ambiguous environments.

Matt Sheers

Head of Facilities Management

An accomplished leader and manager with over 20 years’ expertise in all functional aspects of Retail Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering and Operations, Sustainability, Security and Workplace Health and Safety.

Matt started his career in the Australian Defence Force, serving 10 years in the Royal Australian Armoured Corps as an Armoured Fighting Vehicle Commander. After leaving the Australian Defence Force, he held Facilities/ Operations roles at Stockland, Westfield, Savills and Byvan where he supervised facilities management, contracts planning, performance, schedules, integrity and compliance, employee relations, budget management, expense reporting, and the management of several multi-million dollar projects at various locations/centres and now is the Head of Facilities Management at United Property Services.

Raquel Bazergy

Senior Retail Manager

Dedicating her career history spanning over 10 years in predominantly Retail Property, working both directly for an owner and agencies, representing clients in Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore and Greater Western Sydney areas.

With a passion for retail property management, developing strong relationships with clients, tenants and service providers, Raquel has worked on many complex retail portfolios, most recently, The Rocks Retail Precinct, successfully managing debtors, negotiating repayment plans following COVID and driving the pop-up leasing. Raquel has an eye for detail and understand the importance of ensuring tenants are meeting their lease obligations as well as ensuring any asset is presented to its absolute best.

Aaron Todd

Tenancy & Project Management

Aaron’s extensive understating of how retail development operates and works within a live precinct was gained through his +15 years as a design and project manager with Scentre group. He has since complemented this experience with the integration of mixed use developments into retail precincts.

Traditional delivery experience around procurement and construction was gained through his time as a project manager working for a tier 2 contractor. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to work within design, development & construction teams which has provided him with a solid understanding of the roles and responsibilities of individuals in a project team.  He has developed skills in communication & relationship building and has the ability to manage multiple teams across various projects. All of this makes him a great resource when delivering complex projects.

Personally, Aaron thrives in challenging environments, building teams, and managing client/stakeholders’ expectations.  Because of this, he has built a solid reputation within the industry for his understanding of Design & Delivery process and expectations to successfully deliver projects.
